Q1: Are you a Factory or Trading Company?

Answer: We are a Factory with 500~1000 workers, we are producing kinds 

of household supplies products for more than 20 years.

Q2: We'd like to print our logo on the master carton, can you do it?

Answer: We can print your logo on the master carton, 

but please send us your logo artwork before  printing

Q3: What are your payment terms?

Answer: We do T/T, L/C, Western Union, and Monogram.

Q4: What is your delivery time?

Answer: 25-35 days for repeat orders and 50 days for first order

Q5: Can I negotiate the Prices? 

Yes, the price for each product is based on the quantity you need.

Q6: What is your minimum order required? 

Our minimum order quantity is a 20 feet container, you can mix with different items. We can also arrange by loose order for our customers need. Most of the products of the min order by one piece only.

Q7: How long will it take to finish the production of my order? 

This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production time for your reference.

Q8: Do you provide samples? 

Yes, we can supply samples of most items. If you require the samples to be sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc., please ask your courier of choice to inform our warehouse after we prepare the samples.

Q9: How much will the shipping charges be? 

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquiring about shipping charges, we would need such as the product codes and quantity, your favored method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. We will then be able to advise on costs based on the information provided. If you place the order online, please check with us about the delivery cost in advance and we will check with the logistic of the cost for your reference. (We can do this by EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and etc.

Q10: Can you give a warranty on your products? 

We provide a half year for the products warranty to make sure our customers obtain good sales. Replacement Policy: As to customers we guarantee a half year after receiving the goods for any reason. In case any defective item is found, please send us emails with specifics and pictures. We will send replacement parts like the legs/arms/cushions to repair

the storage cart or make a new replacement in any coming orders. In another way, we will solve as a discount or send a new piece to customers for free.

Q12: How do I know how my order is being manufactured? 

Our merchandise will follow up with the production after we get the deposit from our customers. After we finish all the goods, we have the QC check all the details to ensure all the goods are in good condition. If you need the production pictures, we can send them to you during the production time.
